4th Annual HPP Innovation Week

HPP Innovation Week, an online conference that focuses on High Pressure Processing technology, is set to take place for the fourth consecutive year from June 18 to 20. The virtual event is aimed at showcasing the significant impact of HPP on the safety and quality of food and beverages, under the slogan “Raising the bar for Food Safety, Quality & Clean Label Products”. It will also serve as a platform for the dissemination of technology to promote innovation in the food industry.

The three-day program will revolve around HPP Innovation, a cornerstone at Hiperbaric. Among the topics to be discussed will be the nutrition and sensory quality of HPP products; food safety and shelf life extension of HPP-treated foods, as well as the sustainability benefits of Hiperbaric’s high-pressure technology, such as the enabling of circular food systems and automation of industrial processes.

The program agenda will include panel discussions, interviews, individual presentations, and chats with HPP experts. The event will bring together manufacturers, marketers, tollers, users of the technology, academic and regulatory leaders, and HPP suppliers. The previous three editions of HPP Innovation Week had 6,000 online attendees from 60 countries.
