In March, Bilbao will host the main world event on green hydrogen, the European Hydrogen Congress (EHEC), organized by the National Hydrogen Association (AeH2). This is an event that Hiperbaric, as a world leader in high pressure technologies, cannot miss, as it represents a fundamental part of the hydrogen value chain, thanks to its compression technology.
The new edition of the European Hydrogen Congress 2024 (EHEC) will take place on March 6, 7 and 8 in Bilbao, in one of the largest multipurpose venues in Spain and Europe, the Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC). On this occasion, Hiperbaric will attend one more year as a sponsor. In addition, it will present one of its renewable hydrogen compressor sets so that the public can see it live. It is a modular and scalable solution, capable of adapting to both industrial and sustainable mobility sectors. It is a safe, efficient and reliable equipment, capable of compressing hydrogen with an inlet pressure range of 20 bar to an outlet pressure of up to 500 or 950 bar.
The EHEC is an ideal scenario to learn about the latest trends related to the production, storage, distribution, uses and applications of hydrogen, as well as cross-cutting issues. This event brings together experts, researchers and industry leaders from all over the world, establishing a scenario full of unique opportunities to enter into agreements and commercial actions between companies, promoting a networking network of the most interesting for a global collaboration.
The last edition of the event was a great success. It managed to gather more than 1100 attendees throughout its days and hosted more than 200 speakers. This year’s edition will host 4 plenary sessions, with more than 230 parallel sessions. In addition, there will be an exhibition space where more than 80 exhibitors, including companies and research institutions, will be able to show the public their latest innovations in products and services related to hydrogen.
All of this represents a major commitment to one of the most important and promising vectors for energy transformation today, which could help decarbonize both industry and mobility towards a more sustainable and greener future.
As in the I National Hydrogen Congress, in which it has recently participated as a sponsor, Hiperbaric’s intention once again is to help position Spain as a pioneer in the development of hydrogen compression technology.
