About the Cold Pressure Council (CPC)
The Cold Pressure Council (CPC) leads, facilitates and promotes industry standardization, user education and consumer awareness of High Pressure Processing (HPP). Convened by PMMI, The Association for Packaging & Processing Technologies, the council addresses questions about HPP while developing and formalizing industry best practices. The Cold Pressure Council also promotes networking among professionals using this processing technology.

Dedicated to High Pressure Processing (HPP), the Cold Pressure Council Annual Conference will feature HPP best practices, the latest market trends and tips for packaging HPP products – with insights from leading food processor and services supplier experts.

To register for the Cold Pressure Council Annual Conference, go to the PACK EXPO International website, click Attendee and select Register Full Access In Person. Once you have filled out all of your company information, then only select the CPC Annual Conference option.
Cold Pressure Council general members receive a 10% discount on registration and associate and NGO members will receive a 5% discount.
