We have an Internal Reporting System Policy that sets out the general principles of our whistleblowing channel, as well as our total commitment to the prohibition of retaliation against good faith whistleblowers. Our Whistleblower Channel is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and allows any interested party to submit a query or complaint about breaches of regulations, guaranteeing the confidentiality of the information and the whistleblower at all times.

In accordance with art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by Hiperbaric S.A. for the purpose of processing your complaint, if you identify yourself, based on legitimacy in compliance with a legal obligation (art. 6.1 c) RGPD). Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law. In no case will your identity be disclosed to the respondent. Your personal data will be kept for the time necessary to process your complaint and then until the expiry of any legal obligations. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, restriction and portability by sending an e-mail to rrhh@hiperbaric.com. We also inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, if you consider it appropriate.
