Como novedad en esta nueva edici\u00f3n de HPP Innovation Week, j\u00f3venes investigadores de todo el planeta compartir\u00e1n sus investigaciones de vanguardia . Cada d\u00eda se expondr\u00e1n tres proyectos innovadores con el fin de promover nuevas ideas en el sector de la alimentaci\u00f3n y las bebidas.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>A medida que se acerca la nueva edici\u00f3n de HPP Innovation Week, tambi\u00e9n lo hacen los premios HPP Research Awards. Esta primera edici\u00f3n de los premios reconocer\u00e1 a los j\u00f3venes investigadores por sus contribuciones en el campo del procesado por altas presiones.<\/p>\n<p>Un jurado internacional, formado por expertos independientes en HPP y un miembro de nuestro Departamento de Aplicaciones HPP, ha revisado minuciosamente cada presentaci\u00f3n y ha seleccionado tres finalistas para cada categor\u00eda: \u00abHuman &amp; Pet Nutrition\u00bb, \u00abFood Safety &amp; Shelf-life Extension\u00bb, y \u00abSustainability &amp; Product Development\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de un premio en met\u00e1lico (600\u20ac, 300\u20ac y 150\u20ac respectivamente), cada finalista tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de presentar su investigaci\u00f3n durante la \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n de cada d\u00eda de HPP Innovation Week 2022. Cada finalista har\u00e1 una presentaci\u00f3n de 15 minutos con 5 minutos adicionales para preguntas. Todos estos temas tratados muestran el gran potencial de la tecnolog\u00eda de alta presi\u00f3n.
