data-node=\"5cf7e039682cb\"><div><div><p>El <strong>proyecto DioSiC <\/strong>ha sido aprobado en el marco de la convocatoria Misiones PERTE Chip, del Centro para el Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico y la Innovaci\u00f3n E.P.E. (CDTI), dependiente del Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovaci\u00f3n y Universidades, dentro de su Misi\u00f3n 1: <em>\u201cFortalecimiento de I+D+I en dise\u00f1o microelectr\u00f3nico de vanguardia y arquitecturas alternativas\u201d<\/em>.<\/p><p>DioSiC tiene como objetivo superar las limitaciones actuales del uso del carburo de silicio (SiC) en la <strong>fabricaci\u00f3n de sustratos de silicio policristalino<\/strong>. Para ello se propone emplear la t\u00e9cnica SPS (Spark Plasma Sintering) con un <strong>tratamiento posterior mediante tecnolog\u00eda HIP<\/strong>, mejorando as\u00ed notablemente sus propiedades al eliminarse cualquier posible defecto en las obleas de SiC policristalinas. El nuevo material investigado en el proyecto permitir\u00e1 <strong>reducir un 30% los costes<\/strong> de los chips y <strong>aumentar un 35% su eficacia<\/strong> para hacer viable econ\u00f3micamente su producci\u00f3n. El \u00e9xito del proyecto garantizar\u00e1 que Espa\u00f1a sea capaz de producir estos novedosos chips con plazos y costes razonables, cubriendo la demanda de un <strong>mercado creciente<\/strong> y evitando la dependencia tecnol\u00f3gica de terceros pa\u00edses.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-2c36b84 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"2c36b84\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-d28fa68\" data-id=\"d28fa68\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4f7de07 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4f7de07\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div data-node=\"5cf7e039682cb\"><p>DioSiC ser\u00e1 llevado a cabo por un consorcio formado por 3 empresas (<strong>Nanoker<\/strong>, <strong>Hiperbaric<\/strong> y <strong>Fagor Electr\u00f3nica<\/strong>) y cuenta con la colaboraci\u00f3n de 3 centros del CSIC (Centro Nacional de Microelectr\u00f3nica (CNM), Centro de F\u00edsica de materiales (CFM), y Centro de nanomateriales y nanotecnolog\u00eda (CINN)) y un centro tecnol\u00f3gico (CEIT). As\u00ed mismo, cuenta con el instituto alem\u00e1n Fraunhofer, que participa a trav\u00e9s de dos centros de Investigaci\u00f3n (Institute for Integrated Systems and Device Technology -IISB; y Center for Silicon Photovoltaics-CSP), y con 2 empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas relacionadas con el sector (Clas-sic y NovaSiC).<\/p><p>Este proyecto cuenta con un presupuesto total de m\u00e1s de 3,3 millones de euros, y le ha sido concedida una subvenci\u00f3n de 2,2 millones de euros (el 66,7%) provenientes de los fondos Europeos <strong>\u201cNext Generation EU\u201d<\/strong>, en concreto del
