Su finalidad es promover la estandarizaci\u00f3n de la industria, la educaci\u00f3n del usuario y la identificaci\u00f3n de la tecnolog\u00eda por parte de los consumidores.<\/p>\n\t<p>Convocado por PMMI, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Tecnolog\u00edas de Envasado y Procesado, el consejo aborda cuestiones sobre HPP a la vez que desarrolla y formaliza las mejores pr\u00e1cticas del sector. El Cold Pressure Council tambi\u00e9n fomenta las relaciones entre los profesionales que utilizan esta tecnolog\u00eda de procesado.<\/p>\n\t<p>Cuenta con un logo en Estados Unidos que facilita la identificaci\u00f3n de los productos HPP, pr\u00f3ximamente se extender\u00e1 a Europa y el objetivo es extenderlo al resto del mundo.
