Esta\u00a0tecnolog\u00eda se ha posicionado como una soluci\u00f3n para la conservaci\u00f3n de alimentos y bebidas para la obtenci\u00f3n de productos m\u00e1s naturales, frescos, seguros y listos para el consumo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Los pur\u00e9s de frutas fueron la primera aplicaci\u00f3n HPP a nivel industrial. Su desarrollo se llev\u00f3 a cabo en Jap\u00f3n a principios de los 90. Sus numerosas ventajas han provocado la extensi\u00f3n de las altas presiones a una gran variedad de alimentos y bebidas. Desde las aplicaciones HPP m\u00e1s consolidadas como zumos, productos de aguacate y c\u00e1rnicos, hasta las tendencias m\u00e1s actuales como platos preparados, dips de origen vegetal, alimentaci\u00f3n infantil y alimentaci\u00f3n para mascotas.<\/p>\r\n<p>Otros productos que tambi\u00e9n se benefician de esta tecnolog\u00eda son los l\u00e1cteos, los pescados y los mariscos, estos \u00faltimos con una aplicaci\u00f3n exclusiva para la extracci\u00f3n de carne en crust\u00e1ceos y la apertura de moluscos de la forma m\u00e1s eficiente posible.
