Hiperbaric, the world’s leading manufacturer of high pressure processing (HPP) technology for the food and beverage industry, brought together more than 60 senior representatives from 35 companies across 15 countries and four continents at its corporate headquarters in Burgos. This international gathering assembled decision-makers from key markets\u2014including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Italy, Turkey, South Africa, China, Indonesia, and Spain<\/strong>\u2014underscoring the industry\u2019s demand for advanced food processing solutions.<\/p>\n The delegations spanned the full breadth of the technology’s applications, juices and beverages, avocado products, meat, seafood, ready-to-eat meals, sauces, and pet food, as well as the HPP tolling companies that process on behalf of third parties. Together they represented a cross-section of the global food industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n HPP Customer Day 2026 marks the official launch of the “Hiperbaric Global Road Show,” an international campaign through which the company will stage traveling demonstrations of HPP technology and technical meetings at strategic locations around the world. Burgos was the first stop. Over two days, attendees moved from the conference room to the factory floor, gaining firsthand insight into market trends, real-world industrial success stories,<\/strong> and the manufacturing and engineering processes behind Hiperbaric’s equipment.<\/p>\n Hiperbaric designs and builds advanced high pressure systems engineered for high throughput, demanding duty cycles, and large production capacities. Delegates toured the Burgos facilities to view the advanced design, precision engineering, and fabrication of this equipment up close. This integrated manufacturing model allows Hiperbaric to maintain complete control over the structural integrity and quality of its systems, which are exported to more than 50 countries.<\/p>\n This technical reliability drives the company\u2019s market momentum. In 2025 alone, Hiperbaric installed 30 new industrial HPP units across five continents<\/strong>, a pace of global deployment that reflects the trust of international food processors. With more than 450 units installed worldwide, Hiperbaric operates the largest installed base in the HPP sector.<\/p>\n The program also drew on the Hiperbaric HPP Academia, the global network the company created to connect universities, research centers, and laboratories. Three internationally recognized high pressure scientists presented: Dr. Balasubramaniam<\/strong> of the University of Georgia, Dr. Grace Danao<\/strong> of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and Dr. Jorge Saraiva<\/strong> of the University of Aveiro in Portugal.
