Hiperbaric subjected these beacons to high-pressure resistance cycles. This triumph was achieved by the European Cubic Kilometer Neutrino Telescope (KM3NeT), which is located underwater.<\/p>\n<p>This telescope consists of two detectors, ARCA and ORCA, which are submerged at <strong>depths of 3,450 and 2,450 meters<\/strong>, near Sicily (Italy) and Provence (France). We subjected the beacons, which were designed by the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Val\u00e9ncia and built in collaboration with the Valencian company Mediterr\u00e1neo Se\u00f1ales Mar\u00edtimas, to high-pressure resistance tests. Our technology ensures they function properly in extreme conditions, enhancing their performance,&#8221; explains Andr\u00e9s Hernando, Hiperbaric\u2019s CEO<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neutrinos are the tiniest and most enigmatic elementary particles. <\/strong>They are extraordinary messengers that carry valuable information about extreme conditions and phenomena that are not fully understood, such as those occurring near black holes or supernova explosions. In total, the telescope will have approximately <strong>200,000 sensors that convert the weak flash of light caused by neutrinos into electrical signals<\/strong>.
