Registration is now open for the Cold Pressure Council (CPC) annual event<\/a>. It will feature High Pressure Processing (HPP) best practices, market trends and tips for packaging HPP products. Leading food & beverage processors and HPP industry suppliers will share practical and valuable insights. The event will take place on March 26th<\/sup>\u00a0\u2013 27th<\/sup> 2019; in conjunction with ProFood Tech at McCormick Place in Chicago, USA.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

One year from the first Cold Pressure Council Annual Conference<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The first annual conference of the Cold Pressure Council (CPC) took place last year with attendees from all over the world. Around 150 attendees from more than 75 companies, research groups and regulatory entities joined this event to discuss about HPP best practices, market trends, food safety subjects and more.<\/p>\n

Some highlights included the presentation from one of our own PhD candidate Mario Gonzalez-Angulo. His presentation was entitled \u201cValidation of HPP coconut water for <\/strong>Clostridium botulinum<\/strong><\/em>\u201d<\/strong> The presentation was equally well received by industry members and his peers.<\/p>\n
