The new co-packing facility specializes in cold press, blended, nut <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">mylks<\/span>, and cold brewed\u00a0juices and drinks. \u00a0Production is rated for 80K bottles a day and will also include a world-first with a new <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">Hiperbaric<\/span>\u00a0High Pressure Processing (HPP) machine incorporated onto\u00a0the bottling line allowing for immediate HPP processing and ensuring maximum\u00a0freshness. This 3rd HPP machine will raise <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">NutriFresh\u2019s<\/span> tolling capacity far beyond the\u00a0100MM pounds a year threshold.<\/strong><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nutrifreshservices.com\/\"><span class=\"nanospell-typo\">NutriFresh<\/span> Services, LLC<\/a> (subsidiary of New Jersey Frozen Storage LLC) announced December 3rd, 2015, that the company has officially launched its co-packing facility that specializes in cold-press, blended,\u00a0nut <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">mylks<\/span>, and cold brewed juices and drinks. The co-packing facility will be split into two separate and\u00a0independent production areas to allow the manufacturing of nut <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">mylks<\/span> separately from non-allergens.\u00a0The facilities will have a combined daily production capacity of 80K bottles. In what will also be a world\u2019s\u00a0first, the main production facility is slated to receive its first line-mounted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiperbaric.com\/en\">High pressure processing\u00a0(HPP) machine<\/a>, the company\u2019s 3rd, in February 2016. \u00a0With the installation of the 3rd machine, juices\u00a0produced in <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">NutriFresh\u2019s<\/span> facility will be HPP processed seconds after bottling to ensure minimal product\u00a0degradation and maximum freshness. Additionally, the co-packing facility will include ground-breaking\u00a0production equipment that was never previously available to small and medium size manufacturers,\u00a0including a unique array of grinders and mills, several different juice pressing technologies, the world\u2019s\u00a0most sophisticated helical washer, parallel filling lines to allow faster filling of multiple bottle sizes, and\u00a0in-line labeling capabilities for both pressure sensitive and shrink-sleeving. \u00a0Finally, the co-packing facility\u00a0includes an on-site micro lab that will test every batch before and after HPP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The addition of the co-packing facility will further advance <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">NutriFresh\u2019s<\/span> vision to provide Food and\u00a0beverage manufacturers an ultra-convenient and local one-stop-shop access to the much-needed cold\u00a0press juice manufacturing and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hiperbaric.com\/en\">High Pressure Processing (HPP) technology<\/a>. \u00a0In addition, <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">NutriFresh<\/span> and\u00a0its parent company, New Jersey Frozen Storage LLC, provide 3rd party logistics, national direct-to-consumer e-commerce order fulfillment, and cold &amp; frozen storage. \u00a0These capabilities place <span class=\"nanospell-typo\">NutriFresh<\/span>\u00a0at the forefront of the food and beverage production and distribution industry on the East Coast.
