The most common materials typically treated with CIP are metals and ceramic powders.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">CIP works by placing the powdered material in a flexible mold and then immersing it in a pressurized fluid, such as water. The pressure of the fluid is transmitted evenly to the powder, compressing it into a solid form, with a density of up to 95% depending on the material. This pressure is applied for several minutes or hours, depending on the material and the desired density of the product.<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Once the equipment decompresses, the mold can be removed and the solid product obtained.
