Located in the largest Brazilian producing region of Avocado, Jaguacy Brazil has for more than 40 years naturally developed its specialty in the production and commercialization of Avocado, being the pioneer of cultivation in Brazil. Its production reaches the Brazilian states and is also marketed in the foreign market in more than 30 countries. From 2011, the extraction of Avocado oil was started and Avocado frozen pulp was implemented to serve the foodservice segment. In 2019, the Jaguacy innovation in the Brazilian market, launching the guacamole ready to eat, using the HPP technology.
