We are pleased to announce that FreshCo, will make HPP available in Norway with the acquisition of their first HPP system. Through the purchase, of a Hiperbaric 300 equipment, FreshCo will be the first company in Norway to use HPP for the juice industry.

“We are the first in Norway with the HPP machine, so we can use Norwegian raw materials,” says Harald Dahl, Fresh Co.

Essentially-entrepreneur Sandra Drgala, Anne Cecilie Lunøe Tangen and Pablo Rivas conform the rest of the team. The company has just issued an issue of NOK 4 million, where IT entrepreneur Jens Rugseth and real estate investor Carl Erik Krefting contributed in addition to existing owners. According to Finansavisen, Fresh Co was priced at NOK 15 million before money, but already the next capital expansion is planned – this time at NOK 10 million.

“The goal is to double the turnover each year in the years to come,” says Dahl.

Today, the juice is squeezed into small presses in a basement room at Alna in Oslo. Next week, the press will move one floor up to accommodate the giant HPP machine 17 meters long and weighing over 50 tons.

“We will go from producing 2000 bottles a day to produce 4000 bottles per hour,” says investor Harald Dahl, according to the newspaper.

Hiperbaric offers the most reliable, productive and cost-effective HPP systems and leads the market by innovating every year to keep the revolution we started 18 years ago.
