Registration is now open for the Cold Pressure Council annual event, that will feature High Pressure Processing (HPP) best practices, market trends and tips for packaging HPP products. Practical and valuable insights will be shared by leading food & beverage processors and HPP industry suppliers. The event will take place on June 18th – 20th of 2018 at the Westin Chicago Northwest.

Updates on HPP coconut water

Ph. D. Student and Hiperbaric Applications Specialist Mario González-Angulo will provide an update on his research on the breakout session entitled “Validation of HPP Coconut Water for Clostridium botulinum”, to provide an insight on the future of the HPP coconut water industry in the United States.
